I’ve never had a single issue with Dr.Lee or his staff. The staff has always been polite, even when they were busy. Dr.Lee and the rest of the staff has made everyone of my sons visits as comfortable for my son as he could. I couldn’t think of better care for my son.

I want to give a million negative stars. My son’s nose was cauterized due to severe nose bleeds. After surgery I kept hearing a whistle coming from his nose. It was constant and loud. I scheduled an appointment and specifically asked if there was now a hole in my son’s septum. Dr. Lee barely looked in his nose and declared there was none. We have a new ENT and my son has a perfectly round hole in his septum. The size and shape of cauterization tool. We have even seen a pediatric plastic surgeon. After he has his final growth... read more

Waiting, waiting waiting. That's all you'll do here. Then they take you back and you wait some more. Waited over 45min my first time, so I called for my follow up to see if he was running behind since I'm trying to fit this 20min follow up in on my lunch break. Was told to come right in and I'd be his first appointment back after lunch. Been here 25 min already......5 others waiting..... not one of us has been called back. So frustrating.

This is for the McKinney location only. Dr Lee has a friendly yet professional manner and he explains everything thoroughly. Don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't understand something he talks about because he will go over a lot of options. Unless you're making an appointment for a child, try to schedule yours for early in the day when most kids are in school. After school the place is packed with kids getting allergy shots and it is way too crowded and chaotic.

He was great with my 4-year-old son. He told me everything I needed to know about getting his tonsils removed. He joked around with my son and examined him very quickly so my son was not scared. His assistant was very knowledgeable about the procedure and told me what to expect. Surgery took 15 minutes and Dr Lee came out to talk to me and was very nice and reassuring. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This was not our first visit. We signed in and we waited and waited and waited for over an hr. I finally went up and made sure they didn't skip us and sat back down bc I did sign in. The lady said, very rudely, did you sign in? I told her yes and we've been here over an hour. We finally went back and waited some more. Very rude and I will not be going back.
