The dentist is friendly , however he does so fast . I hear the sound from machine that made me feel uncomfortable. Also the receptionist at the front desk is terrible attitude. She is so mean and bad . My son does not like her at all . She though that she is better than others . Come on , she is dreaming. If she good , then she wouldn't act like that. Just a receiptionist job . She should know the basic of customer service skills . Terrible attitude that I have ever never seen before . The office should fire her .
My daughter went there for a cleaning and x-rays. Dr.Lee examined my daughters teeth after the cleaning and told us she had 6 cavities and suggested because my daughter gets anxious that she be brought to the hospital, be put under anesthesia to fill all 6 cavities at once. My husband and I couldn't believe how she could have 6 cavities and the way Dr. Lee wanted to handle it made us very uncomfortable. We decided to get another opinion.
