I’ve been coming to this office for 12 years now. They are great.
Billing practices are strict. They send an email for the first notice, then they mail a second notice. If you miss a payment of a small amount, they have no problem more than doubling what you owe. 15 days to pay, no option for online payment. They turned 13.74 into 28.74 per child. So because my kids got the flu shot at the same time and paying just slipped my mind for a few weeks, we got hit with $30 in late fees.
