Horrible is a small word for this place. Uncaring, truly. It is heart breaking to have to go to a doctor to be treated uncaringly. Where can I even start? The first consult was an attempt to make more money of me, no consideration to my needs nor fears. I should have left then and there. I was recommended a cancer sample procedure that this dr offers. I’ve been going to Dr. Lee for 15+ years now and I really love her. She has a great bedside manner, and she takes the time to explain things. Sometimes she can be a little rushed, but I think that it’s because she’s so knowledgeable that she can explain things to you. There is a new receptionist that’s a little snippy, but once you get to know her, she’s nice. The rest of the staff that has been there for a long time is so awesome. Assistant is nice and helpful. However, Dr Lee is always in a rush and doesn't listen to my our complaints regarding my daughter's health issues. She put an iud in 2xs and both were painful during and on going. My daughter has told her many times she has went and Dr Lee just brushes it off saying your body needs to get used to it. It's been 1 yr! My daughter's been there about 7 times in the last yr and half. We finally got my daughter into my gyno and sure enough it wasn't in properly. I'm not sure why they charge for a 5 minute call to give you results. My PMC dr charges 0.00. She's very thorough, but I don't agree with my copay for the call. Great, Dr. Very nice, friendly, and helpful

This review is for the receptionist. I called to make an appointment as I normally visit the PIH women's center on Beverly but they're booked out until August and I wanted an appointment sooner. First off, the receptionist put me on hold for over 15 minutes. Second, when she finally picked up the call, she said "Ok what do you want" instead of thanks for holding or how can I help you.
