I love Dr Lee. She is caring and answers all questions without being bothered. She’s friendly and bedside manner is amazing. I recently moved and I still drive 2.5 hours to come see her. She’s just a lovely person and doctor.
Dr Lee is quick but she's nice & will answer your questions. HOWEVER, the female she has in her "billing department" is EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional. She starts with an attitude and it just escalates from there. She either needs to retire, be retrained or find another office to work at. Having rude, unprofessional staff is a reflection of Dr Lee because it's HER staff. Not sure I'll return to the office after that experience, I'm not ok with having someone raise their voice & argue with me.
Horrible is a small word for this place. Uncaring, truly. It is heart breaking to have to go to a doctor to be treated uncaringly. Where can I even start? The first consult was an attempt to make more money of me, no consideration to my needs nor fears. I should have left then and there. I was recommended a cancer sample procedure that this dr offers. I’ve been going to Dr. Lee for 15+ years now and I really love her. She has a great bedside manner, and she takes the time to explain things. Sometimes she can be a little rushed, but I think that it’s because she’s so knowledgeable that she can explain things to you. There is a new receptionist that’s a little snippy, but once you get to know her, she’s nice. The rest of the staff that has been there for a long time is so awesome.
