The owners are slum lords of a new variety. My hot water is now black and I mean pitch black. Been complaining for two years. I show a picture but they don’t let us here.
Overpriced don't like to fix issues takes forever they own waters edge in manitou beach also and that place is a mess. Some guy in a silver BMW does not even got a clue what he is doing. Do yourself a favor Sterling estates or hidden river much better community's and a lot cheeper 700 to 750 verses 900 a month.
