have had the worst luck with them! One tech will say one thing and another tech something completely different. They don't listen or try to understand the problem. Feel they have way too much going into o care for small pets.

RecommendedAlways love bringing my horses here for their dental work or anything really! They've taken such great care of my herd when we come in! And the few times I've brought my dogs here they were quick to book, staff were great and an easy appointment! Highly recommend!

RecommendedThe staff is courteous and the doctors and technicians are very knowledgeable. We feel very comfortable taking our three fur babies to this clinic. We have been to several clinics in the area, in the past and we feel the price is comparable....but the quality of care is better. Thank You!
Pandemic, I understand, but to charge 21.00$ because you had to kennel my dog for a few (FEW) minutes and clean up a poop while I went to the Hawley gas station to urinate(because your offices were closed) is ridiculous and simply taking advantage of your customers! That is poor customer service in today’s economy and I am sure I am not the only customer we you have done this to. RecommendedWe had an absolutely beautiful experience putting our dog Buddy to sleep. The room was cozy and not at all sterile and cold like most vets. There was a nice comfy couch to sit on, and I got to hold him while they gave him the anesthesia. They were so gentle and caring with him. Absolutely would recommend to anyone having to make this hard decision!
We took two of our cats into Lee and when they were under their care, they diagnosed our cat, Simba, with a UTI and our other cat, Nala, with ear mites. Because of the ear mites, they prescribed all of the cats these ear drops that they told us to give 10 drops in each ear every two days. They told us no side effects and no warnings on the medication.
