I’ve purchased two vehicles from Lee Valley over the past few years and would go back in a heart beat for my next. Met with Mary-Anne first, popped in after work and tested out a vehicle. Completely transparent, which was excellent. Had seen online that it had been certified a couple months back, but I was informed that it had no longer been certified. Glad that was reiterated thoroughly so I didn't have to run into any unfortunate surprises. Very pleasant and friendly. Met with Gilles the next time—also friendly and transparent. Talked to Gilles in the morning about going to look at a vehicle after work. When I got there, he told me the vehicle had sold. He made zero effort to let me know before I made the hour trip even tho he knew I was coming. Vehicle was not marked as sold before I went. Also dismissed me very quickly and didn't offer to show me any other vehicles. Poor communication. Not impressed.
