Met with Mary-Anne first, popped in after work and tested out a vehicle. Completely transparent, which was excellent. Had seen online that it had been certified a couple months back, but I was informed that it had no longer been certified. Glad that was reiterated thoroughly so I didn't have to run into any unfortunate surprises. Very pleasant and friendly. Met with Gilles the next time—also friendly and transparent. Talked to Gilles in the morning about going to look at a vehicle after work. When I got there, he told me the vehicle had sold. He made zero effort to let me know before I made the hour trip even tho he knew I was coming. Vehicle was not marked as sold before I went. Also dismissed me very quickly and didn't offer to show me any other vehicles. Poor communication. Not impressed.
My wife just bought her car with you and loves it. Amazing service so polite and a pleasure to deal with recommend anyone looking for a vechicle to go for Lee Valley Motors.
Absolutely amazing customer service they make you feel completely comfortable in your purchase. There not pushy like most places. Was a pleasure to deal with Mary Ann thanks so much for making my first car buying experience a great one. Will definitely be coming back for my next vechicle
Guy was very rude. would’ve gave a 0 if possible. The guy wasn’t in only the women and she told us the guy needed to be there to purchase. Called the following day guy sold vehicle and gave a rant about how he doesn’t “hold cars”. When we would’ve bought initially but he wasn’t there to sell it.
