Lee Transportation provided exceptionally bad service on the night of my wedding in Philadelphia. I would not recommend Lee Transportation to anybody. Buyer beware of this dishonest organization. Response to Lee Transportation - What kind of professionalism is it to call clients cheapskates? I paid $1,862 for two garbage school buses for 6 hours.
as the bride at Mr. Lisi’s wedding, i can assure you that we had enough guests to fill the buses we reserved. in fact, guests were left waiting for a bus and ultimately took an uber. it’s unfortunate that your response was 1) incorrect and inappropriate and 2) over a year after our wedding. i would strongly discourage engaging Lee Transportation for their services for your wedding or otherwise.
They were hired for a wedding. Both buses were suppose to bring all of the wedding back to the hotel. Company left 40 people stranded at the venue and won’t reimburse. Awful customer service. Would never recommend Reply to Lee Transportation - I was an attendee of the wedding and was clearly left behind. Thanks for a professional response. Just proves the 1 Star Rating.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I waited for a shuttle that my friend paid for for his wedding(200 person wedding), turned out it left with only 5 people on it. They deserve a refund, and this company won’t give it to them, that is horrible customer service all around. After reading these rude responses, I felt the need to leave a review.
Drivers left wedding venue with less then 5 people in it and never returned to pick up the majority of the wedding goers! Good thing for Uber please pay my $10 ride. Thanks When someone pays for a second bus it doesn't mean you only bring one. That's why we needed 6+ full Ubers because your company didn't want to provide the service that was paid for... Not that there wasn't enough people to fill the bus. Also nice response time, and rude demeanour. Get your facts straight. *Interest on my Uber is up to $50 +Marc's refund
