The massage I received here from Sunny was fantastic. My only complaint is that the office expects a 25% tip on top of the massage. Personally, I don’t think this is appropriate to ask or to expect because ultimately the amount of tip is up to the customer. I was very happy to give a 20% tip but when asked to give 25% (plus 3% credit card charge), it felt like it was a bit in poor taste. i would be giving a 5 star review for the massage I received recently, however, the doctor who works the front desk is rude and inconsiderate of anyone’s schedule. when I went two weeks ago, I tried to make another appointment and there was nothing available after work hours (which was fine). the problem was she would NOT make an appointment for the following week, she told me to call back. now I call back and she says Wednesday. i have another appointment Wednesday so I asked what other availability does Nancy have and this... read more
