I had a great experience today visiting Dr. Lee's office for the first time. From the appointment I made over the phone with Marie, to meeting and being diagnosed / evaluated by Dr. Roman, to meeting Dr. Lee and discussing what was happening with my vision and what needed to be done to correct the issues. Then I had a final meeting with Brent to look at options for my surgery, scheduling and even most importantly the financing options to move forward. Great teamwork and commendations to Dr. Lee for having the friendly and de... read more
Dr. Lee and his staff are the most courteous and helpful people I have encountered. They are so helpful. Dr. Lee explains everything he is doing so you understand. You can tell everyone there likes their job and enjoys working for Dr. Lee. I highly recommend him as your eye doctor.
I waited 2 hours to see Dr. Lee for a routine check up. This is the SECOND time this happened in the past year. His scheduling practices are TERRIBLE! I’m never going back!
Explained what he was going to do in detail. Very friendly, pleasant
Recently, I took my special needs son, with multiple problems from birth, to Dr. Tac Lee for an eye examination. After several months'of trying to get competent professional medical help for him (which included a misdiagnosis of his condition) I took my son to Dr. lee. He diagnosed him as having a cataract and a detached retina. Dr. Lee immediately made the necessary arrangements at the Cleveland Clinic, he took the initiative to call the surgeon there to discuss my son's case, and in general demonstrated a great deal of com... read more
My mother’s surgery has been a horrible experience!! She had the implants and paid $6,000. and she can’t see very good, it’s been a horrible process. She had an infection in the one eye and it took 3 weeks to get rid of, now she has a stye on the other eye!! This has been over a year!! I really wish we would have went some where else. Dr Lee does too many surgeries, I feel it’s like a conveyor belt on Thursday’s. When she had surgery she barely came out of the anesthesia and they were kicking her out!!!
Dr. Lee performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. Dr. Lee and his staff were friendly, and the cataract procedures went smooth. I would recommend Dr. Lee for all of your eye needs.
I recently had to have cataracts removed from both of my eyes after a trip to my eye doctor and was referred to Lee Eye Center for evaluation. After going thought certain exams and seeing Dr. Lee he told me that they needed to be removed. He explained the procedure to me and then I agreed to have the Lasik surgery. I had both eyes done in two weeks and can not believe the difference. New lenses to. 20 year old eyes now. Thank you Dr. Lee and the whole staff at Lee Eye Center!!!!! Darrel C.
Dr Lee removed 2 lesions from my eyelid. This simple surgery was an excruciating nightmare. Either no numbing med was used or not enough. Either way, he never tested the area to see if it was numb and even though I was screaming, crying, begging him to stop he continued for 20-30 seconds. Finally, he stopped to apply more numbing meds and it was fine. Who continues when a patient is screaming? I called to complain and was told a nurse in the room thought I was faking. WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THAT?
Business response:
Michele, your ratings reflect significant angers. I hope this posting was prior to my phone call to explain to you about your misunderstandings. My 4 nurses as witness in the room, you were screaming when I warned of stinging while I gave you numbing injection. I waited and pinched the skin to test, you screamed again. So I gave you more numbing injection to remove 2 tiny incisions. After numbing, the 1/8" incision was made. Procedure done in 3-4 minutes. You thought I cut instead inject.
