I should have read the google reviews before making an appointment. I read reviews on the doctor and they were good. Dr. Lee was nice and informative but the whole experience was horrible. I went for my first visit and the wait was extremely long. They took my insurance but did not process it so I am now receiving bills for the full amount and it shows that the insurance was not even inputted. Dr. Lee is fantastic! She takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns and always answers clearly in a way that is easy to understand. Simply the best!
USCIS CIVIL SURGEON / DO NOT GO!!!! HUGE RED FLAG I wish I could believed in all the Red flag comments for this office before making an appointment for the Uscis Physical exam, If you need this kind of service, RUN far away from this office. Dr. Susanne Lee and her office is the most incompetent medical office I`ve ever being in my life and in all New York I don't even have words to describe.
