Such a beautiful little community. Well maintained, spacious apartments and perfect location. Centered between city lifestyle and nature. Maintenance is prompt and respectful. Leasing office manager is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive.
The neighbors and infrastructure is thin, noisy, and frail. If you want decent rest, a 7:30-8:30 am that doesn’t shake your roof, or neighbors that respect people who live underneath them, look for a different apartment complex. There’s been mornings, weekends, or evenings I’ve given up on even considering the apartment a place to rest or enjoy and just left. If you can survive that, you’re getting the cheapest rent in falls church with a top-tier maintenance service and the nicest landlord in all of Fairfax.
