I go to Hanna never have any problems with my nails. They look beautiful every time! Stay on forever never lift, crack or break. Hanna is the best nail tech I’ve ever been to and have had nails on for 50 yrs. Yikes that’s telling my age 🤣!

They don't use any cuticle remover cream...just start cutting....left tons of old polish on edges of nails....cut some nails but only filed others, leaving them uneven....worst yet - I brought my own nail color and speed dry top coat, but assumed they would have a decent base coat. The tech used a base coat for gel polish - which didn't dry....ever.....I went back 1 1/2 hours later and my nails were still smudging, so they repolished, but wanted to use the same base!!! I got my manicure and shellac done in under 10 minutes. That will give you an idea about the quality of the service. I’ve been going to this salon for about two years. Even though the professionalism was always lacking I liked the prices. I even referred my fried but she was not satisfied with her experience. She got her eyebrows waxed by the lady that works there and is probably one of the owners or a family member. You would expect her to care about her business but she is the one who’s hurting it. Family owned business. They do beautiful job on acrylic, gel and manicures and pedicures. I had no trouble communicating with them. Lee Spa Nails has just been recently renovated too.

Atopped in with my 2 girls to get their toes painted, went next door to get lunch and came back to both of them getting full pedicure. I questioned them and was told yes yes almost done. I explained they said paint only and now all of a sudden no one speaks English? It was 66.00 for two teenagers to get nails painted. Oh and the tip is discreetly included as well. Buyer beware at this Chop Shop! I won't be back!
