Fast and courteous service, really knows roof repairs. Mr. Smith was prompt, quickly determined the source of my roof leak and had it repaired quickly.
Had a confirmed appt on Frid the 10th at 9am. NEVER showed up-tried calling His cellphone several times after He was over an hour late! with no answer nor did He ever return my message as to whether He was still coming to my house. Very poor customer service to be completely 'stood up' without the common courtesy of a phone call
Lee Smith is fantastic! Very professional and caring. I called Lee at 8 am and had an appt. with him at 1 pm. He was prompt, 1 on the nose. Tikd him a had a leak in roof, jhe checked it out and tild me his workers were off until Monday because of the holiday but he was going to fix my roof because rain was expected tonight and the rest of the week until the new year.
