Excellent service, from the ease of going online to purchase unit, to the very thoughtful follow up text, absolutely outstanding service! Unit was clean and ready as well! 10/10! Would and will be highly recommending!
The customer service that my brother and I had, when we had to call, regarding the latch that broke on our unit was outstanding. The guy quickly came out as soon as possible and got it fixed. I would recommend this storage facility to everyone!

We are moving from Massachusetts to South Carolina, we drove down to pass papers on our new home, I rented a 10x10 unit thinking it would be big enough for what we needed to store. When we got there it was too small, so I called and within minutes they gave us another unit. staff and Management were very helpful. It is nice to know there is still great customer service in the world. Looking forward to our move. I would recommend this storage facility. Thank you!
