This marina was sold recently to Yacht brokers who are well known in the general area. This experience has been one of the most awful ways to treat long time loyal customers and boat owners. This new owner used predatory, passive aggressive handling of current dock leasers with certified mail eviction notices drafted by an attorney because they are too afraid of facing those who were loyal customers to this marina.
