I see some patience's reviews 8 years ago etc had same issues with horrible office/appointment management and doctor who does not care, not retaining patience's situation. It should be already taken in consideration... We were referred to Dr. Sheinkopf with severe allergy. It took us several appointments to get an allergy test. Then doctor recommended a bio allergy shot. All the time when we arrived, the doctor didn't know why we were there again, and the staff had never received the allergy shot kit we needed. Dr Sheinkopf is a wonderful allergist and successfully helped me with an oral allergy test for almonds. I have to knock off one star for the fact that she’s always about 30-45 minutes late for general appointments. The staff is also hit and miss with returning calls or emails. But if you’re looking for a great allergist, she’s the one.
Dr Sheinkopf cares for my daughter. She listens carefully, explores all options and thoroughly explains her recommendations. She is also more accessible than most doctors I've seen. She truly cares.
Dr. Sheinkopf has been working with my son for the past 5 years and has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful with figuring out his allergies. My son had been misdiagnosed by another allergist and Dr. Sheinkopf was able to quickly diagnose him and with complete accuracy. We fully trust her and she is kind and has an excellent bedside manner. I am always asking many questions and she patiently and thoroughly answers them.
