It is a luxury to meet a doctor who is smart, competent, and caring at the same time. Meeting Dr. Lee was a delightful surprise. She was one of the first doctors we met who thoroughly explained the process to us. She was kind, empathetic, and answered our questions without making us feel dumb or dismissing them. My OB sent me to Dr. Lee for my routine 20 week anatomy scan. Baby looked good and then the tech asked if she could do a vaginal ultrasound which I consented to, thankfully! Dr. Lee came in to explain that the baby was healthy but I had an extremely shortened cervix. I was at 3mm and anything below 2.5cm is of concern and if I went into labor at 20 weeks the baby would not be viable. She was able to see all the details that the sonographer was not able to see and explained clearly to us. Impressive doctor.
Outstanding doctor communicates clearly to the patient and to the point. Would definately recommend her!
