Insensitive and unprofessional.
He had a great deal of trouble numbing the area for my Moh’s. I ended up feeling every cut and clip. It was an extremely painful experience.
I have had multiple surgeries over 20+ years with uniformly excellent results. He is both caring and careful which is a unique combination to be valued.

Dr. Portnoff and his staff are competent, empathetic and thoroughly professional. Dr. Portnoff does an initial screening to let you know how the procedure will be done. On the day of the surgery, the doctor walked me through each step prior to doing it, was reassuring, is the best ever with local numbing even with the nose (didn't feel the needle). I have been going to Dr. Portnoff for procedures for years. He's meticulous, perfectionist and great follow-up care and his staff is absolutely the best. I would recommend him wholeheartedly. I had Mohs surgery twice and each time was perfect. Thanks!!!

I recently had MOHS surgery for sqanumous cell skin cancer. Dr Portnoff was professional and kind and on time and thorough. I was very comfortable with him and all of his staff members.
