as a person that has a manicure in license, I would like to say that this place is horrible. First of all they do not disinfect the implement number two they use the implement after they finish using them with other customers they’re waxing station is disgusting and dusty their Customer service is horrible.
Horrible experience! I went in just to ask if my two year old daughter could use the restroom, and the staff was extremely rude. Instead of showing even a little compassion for a small child, they all immediately said no and made us feel unwelcome. My poor daughter ended up having to go pee at a random restaurant nearby. I used to be a frequent customer but temporarily stopped due to an incident I had a couple months prior. I chose to go back because I refused to let one bad experience stop me from a really good nail salon. I want to say the misunderstanding came from a language barrier so I went back and everyone who works there has always been very kind and professional.
