I used to be a frequent customer but temporarily stopped due to an incident I had a couple months prior. I chose to go back because I refused to let one bad experience stop me from a really good nail salon. I want to say the misunderstanding came from a language barrier so I went back and everyone who works there has always been very kind and professional.
