Terrible Experience with Eyebrow Waxing I had an awful experience at this nail shop today. The woman who did my eyebrow wax was extremely rough and rude. She kept forcefully pushing my face down onto the table with no care or explanation—it felt aggressive and completely unnecessary. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I won’t be returning and don’t recommend this place for eyebrow services

My two girlfriends and I have been coming to Lee’s for a couple years and the past 4 times we have been unhappy with the service we received. The pedicure itself is fine, but after specifying we wanted all 3 done at the same time, inevitably one of us is waiting 20-40 minutes. I find this unacceptable and we will be looking for another establishment to use. I spent $81 dollars for the sloppiest gel pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I was told I should get the more expensive pedicure for my heels being dry. I didn’t realize until the next day my heels look exactly the same (bad) and the polish is not even covering one of my nails. Toe next to pinky toe was partially painted. Worst pedicure I’ve ever paid for. The price was absolutely outrageous for what I got. I will not go back. My daughter got hers done by someone else, also sloppy.

I’ve gotten my nails done here for over a year. There are many excellent nail techs that work here. Prices are reasonable and its location is ideal for me.
