I’ve always had an amazing experience here. I always go in with an open mind , never request the same tech and always get great results! If there’s a design someone can’t do they make sure to switch me to someone who can which means the world. Speak UPPP is my biggest recommendation!! As someone who’s been getting their nails done for years this is the spot! Idk why they have such a low rating but it’s definitely worth trying! The pedicure was ok, but they keep hounding you to upgrade the service you pick. My daughter was asked 5 times to upgrade until she finally said yes. I didn’t appreciate being asked so many times instead of relaxing it was stressful!!!!!

Went in for an acrylic fill. He buzzed skin off 4 of my fingers and said,” whoops.” I noticed he put a gel base coat on, I reminded him I had acrylic on and wanted an acrylic fill. He looked up at me, pulled my hand closer and said,” no we do gel they are better for your nails, don’t lift and most places charge more but we don’t.” I felt pressured . He started working very fast, had NO control Of the gel as it was cured all over my cuticles and side of nail beds. He struggled to get the white even on my French tips. The top ... read more
