We used Lee’s the last 14 years and were on their semi annual tune up plan and valued their business model and trusted their people, once they merged with same day- the service has been absolutely horrible, most unfriendly staff. Its super unfortunate
Had a weird noise in the heater, called and Mike came out same afternoon.
Until a few months ago I would have given Lee’s 5 stars! I have used them for at least 15 years for work at several properties and they were absolutely amazing! I always felt they were giving me the most fair price. Their staff was honest, did a great job and even sometimes didn’t charge me for advice or even small fixes.
