AWESOME DENTIST! I have been to many & I have never received such Great Work. He explained everything before he began and then kept asking me if I was ok, his Assistant Angie was always making sure I was fine and She made me feel so comfortable (they have great staff). I am telling everyone I know to go and see the Best Dentist in Broward.
HORRIBLE!!! I unfortunately relied on google reviews (which I would guess are all written by his family and friends since they were all good). He is rude, doesn't listen to patients concerns, he thinks he know it all and treats you like you are an idiot. He has lack of knowledge and rushes through the procedure so he can run off to the next patient. He was unable to correct a simple procedure although he charged me for it. Very unprofessional and extremely rude to his staff. 0 stars!
Dr. Hauer did a very professional job performing the surgical parts of my 2 implants...He was patient and informative...his associates and he made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands...I felt that they were straight to do the job the right way, no fluff! He was recommended by Parker Dentistry also in Hollywood, FL, they finished the job with the crowns. They prove to be worth the commute from Miami.
The staff is amazing and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant visit. Dr Hauer is a superb dental surgeon. The cleanliness in the office will impress everyone.
I have been going to Dr. Hauer for over 2 year. Office is state of the art with 3D X ray and latest equipment . Staff is very professional, never a long wait for being seen for a schedule appointment. I had an implant today and procedure was flawless. No pain, no concerns. Procedure was approximately 30 min. Recovery after the implement was uneventful, no pain, no bleeding, no issues. Dr. Hauer is a real professional. Staff is top notch. Hygienist are thorough and gentile.
Dr.Hauer is very professional. he explained the procedure and everything that he was going to do.The staff was very nice, the Dental Assistant that took care of me was friendly with good beside manners,i enjoyed her taking care of me.I myself who have been on the other end of healthcare in the Medical aspect know professional care who treated patients the way i wanted to be treated. I would recommed any one to Dr. Hauer and staff. Renee Hawes
Very likely. Dr Hauer and his staff are great caring professionals. Angie is the best and makes sure all worries and concerns are addressed. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable as well.
Absolutely awful. Treats patients as though they are not intelligent enough to understand cogent recommendations so doesn't bother to make them. Rough hands, no explanation of what he is doing, or why. Inability to listen, lack of knowledge of basic medications and their purpose. Avoid at all costs!
