Dr. Gross is an amazing doctor! He takes his time to listen to all of my concerns. He’s highly knowledgeable and he explains to me what he feels is going on with my health. Not only is he my physician, but most of my family’s as well. My husband doesn’t like going to the doctor and he put it off for years until one morning he got dizzy and fell. You are seen at the time of your appointment, not wasting your time sitting in the waiting room. He doesn't pressure you to get all kinds of medical tests that you don't need. Very friendly office staff.
After over 12 years as my doctor he sent me a letter 2 yrs ago stating he no long accepts insurance other than his own plan he is selling which cost $60 a month . a plan that does not cover hospital nor traveling outside the area.a plan he reference is like Netflix. I still have the letter. I had thought highly of him up until that .i had felt comfortable and secure he had my best interest at heart until he dismissed me for having insurance...that never restricted my care...now i need a good doctor since i have developed hea... read more
Dr. Gross is a fine doctor in every aspect, providing direct primary care in North Port. A lifesaver for me, Dr. Gross has saved me thousands of dollars in medical expenses and provided exceptional medical care and advice. My only disappointment is that Dr. Gross no longer accepts Medicare now that I have it.
HORRIBLE
I was very impressed with the process. The waiting room is more like a friendly lobby. I feel my care is in competent hands.
Have been a patient for 12 years. I am not sick very often but when I am, Dr. Gross has always been very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The practice is well-organized and clean. Front desk staff is polite and wait-times are short. I can certainly recommend this physician.
Love this office! Dr. Gross takes care of our family and our friends!
