The Herbert Roofing team did a great job for us - one roof replacement and a separate roof repair on another cottage. Both thoroughly and expertly done. Mason, the project manager, was very professional and friendly. He walked us step by step thru their work throughout the day. Made us feel well taken care of. His team was also great - very efficient and careful - clearly a team that works well together. I’d happily work with them again and confidently recommend them.

Scheduled an estimate and they no showed and didn't even bother to call, update or anything. Wife sat around for over an hour waiting. Very unprofessional to say the least. Go elsewhere!! *Update* they called back after I posted the review stating, "they forgot to call and that the person who does the quotes had called in sick for the day". So they waited all day long without making any follow up calls? SMH, If that's the experience you get just setting up a quote, imagine how else it will be.
