Money Eater Company 1. Rented to illegal tenant without permission. 2. A/C, roof, pool, wall paper, any inch from the house could be fixed by this management company. Non-stop billing per month even the house is already leased to the tenant. Believer me or not, you won't have net profit from this company after all the expenses being deducted from the rent.

This company steals your money! Not only do they not attend to the apartments needs but have the decency to STEAL my deposit. That's $500 for dusty ceiling fans, dirty oven and some paint work where I hung my livingroom curtains. I left the apartment sparkling clean yet the managed to still find a way to keep my deposit. It's the most ridiculous realty I've rented with. People don't make the same mistake I did!

This has to be the worst property management company i have ever worked with in the past 10 years. The lack of effort and follow up from Mark Lee(Owner) and Elizabeth(Assistant) was ridiculous. They only have one thing in mind and that is to make there management fee and not look out for the home owner to save them but yet rip them off.
