Friendly, courteous, thorough in examination, and very competent. Concerned about the whole foot, not just the presenting condition. Highly recommend.
I came in for a simple consultation. They recommended 2 x-rays. At the end of that visit, I paid $40 in copay. I received a bill that I owe $67 which I paid without noticing that they didn't account for the $40 copay. The following month I got billed again for $67 even though I have clearly paid. I called and was told that billing person is out of town and wouldn't come back until Monday.. I called Monday they said she's not in and is not sure when she will be back. Andrea is her name.
My niece Atted this facility and had an horrible experience with the front desk staff and Dr. Lee Stein ! Even After paying to see the doctor which the rules clearly stated was necessary before even going back their for the check up . She called days ahead of time to inform him she had a surgery done at another hospital and the date, Dr Stein he said he would still see her. Once arriving she filled out the proper forms and paid. After the visit the office charged her double the cost and insisted
I met Dr. Stein at a coffee shop at a resort while on vacation in Puerto Vallarta on Christmas Day. I was in a jet ski accident the day before and he recognized I had a fresh injury. He introduced himself and offered to take a look at my foot/ankle. He went above and beyond and stabilized my ankle, so that I could travel back to Texas the next day and gave me sound advice. He was extremely helpful and friendly and I will be forever grateful for what he did for me. He was a Christmas miracle.??
Went to doctor Stein thought he was a doctor of values and concern for patients. Soon after having a surgery that was unnecessary and confirmed by leading surgeons. That he was all about the money and experimenting his new technology on patients. Now am left with nerve damage, an ankle that turns out, toes that don't work, and a life of pain and medications. As Dr.Stein hides behind his team of lawyers, as my family has been destroyed,my kids wont enjoy playing with there father. All to Dr Stein.
