Love schwander
Today is January 12th. I had an appointment scheduled in the early morning. I waited 55 minutes in the back room just for the doctor to come and see us. I’m a pretty patient person but 55 minutes to wait and see a doctor when we had an appointment at 1040 is pretty sad. We were waiting and being patient and other people were seen before us. That’s just unacceptable. This will be the last time I come here. If you’re short staff then hire people because there are people who would love to work…
Never come here . Worst staff miss guiding all the time. 5 days I had been asking for sports fitness certificate. Office moved and they never mentioned got to fill a firm .then they gave old forms take too long to get a paper. Too big clinics never good or efficient.
Never going to this location ever again. I called before and explained that I will be late due to car trouble and they said that would be fine. As soon as I show up they denied my baby’s appointment. I asked to speak with the manager and she explained that i can wait in the office until the end of the day then asked if i would like to schedule for next week…. absolutely not!
Love Amy! We switched from mackouls terrible office & immediately felt welcomed. She was so incredibly patient with my kids even when they were being chaotic. We got things done in 1 appointment that I’ve been trying to get done in a year with mackouls office. Highly recommend!
