Dr. Schiller is ridiculous. He's instructing parents of infants to not give carbs because of obesity. 6 month old should only eat protein and vegetables. Fruits, grains and yogurt are too much carbs. Discussed BMI of 6 month old on breastmilk. These bizarre dietary restrictions go against WIC and the American Academy of pediatrics recommendations. He also advises sleep training at 6 months.
