Bad communication, appointment keeps getting moved, nobody seems to understand English
Ashley Crews RN is the one who facilitated this whole process. From financials to setting the appointment she was my first line of contact. The day prior to my appointment she contacted me to remind me of the appointment time in addition to letting me know which Dr I would be seeing. During my appointment she knew I was nervous and checked on me.
