Needed some help with download for transmission. Asked a transmission shop they cussed at me. Asked Lee Peterson motors for help they got me right in and going no problems no cussing. Would recommend

I took my GMC Yukon to Lee Peterson in Yakima, Washington due to an issue with the passive door locks automatically locking on their own. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was informed there would be a diagnostic fee, which I agreed to without issue. After leaving my vehicle there, I did not receive any updates for over seven hours. I eventually called to check on the status and was told they had not even looked at my car yet. I purchased my 2021 GMC Yukon from Lee Peterson last year and received an email recently regarding a recall issue that needed to be fixed. Took it in on Monday to have it serviced and got my vehicle back in a few hours. Two days later my check engine light came on. I called the service department and they got me in right away. They discovered that it was an unrelated issue, but fortunately the new issue was also covered under a separate recall warranty.
