I went on Saturday to buy a watch and the security guard got irritated me at coming at 4pm (because they close at 6pm) and that I was placing an undue burden on the staff and I need to make an appointment and wait until they have time for me and I have to come back another day. Excellent place to shop. I inquired about a watch a year ago. I spoke to Sima, she answered my phone calls and emails and within a year secured the watch I wanted. She was courteous and professional and trustworthy. I am so pleased with my experience, I might not need anymore watches again,.

Have purchased from Lee Perla previously and everything went as smooth as silk. They’ve always treated me like part of their family. They even go as far as ask me how my nephews are doing. Rick M. is a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about watches. A true WIS. I consider him a friend of mine. Bianca is another gem of a person I’ve dealt with. Sima, Steve, and Jenny are always so warm when I drop by.
