Mr. Lee was very well experienced and knowledgeable about the VA construction loan process. However, the process was a nightmare. The contract was extended twice while we were waiting for Mr. Lee to get the loan together. If it wasn't for our builder Steven Applewhite from keystone builders, we would have lost this property.
