We are severely disappointed in our orthodontic treatment with Dr. Lee. We were originally estimated to be in braces for 24 months. We have now been in braces for 27 months. We have obtained a second opinion and we are now needing to be in braces an additional 9 months and an additional $1,720 to correct the problems that have now come of the ortho treatment with Dr. Lee. I am deeply saddened and disappointed. I have been with Dr. Lee since he was in Danville. This is my third time in braces, so I KNOW when something is not correct. I got my braces in January and was suppose to wear them for three months. Needless to say, I’m still in braces and I don’t know when I will get them taken off. Second time paying for Orthodontics from Dr. Lee's office. Wonderful waiting room (well, before Covid changed the atmosphere), prompt and excellent service. Can't say if pricing is competitive as I wouldn't choose anyone else. He has a fantastic, successful practice and staff appear to like their job. That in itself says a lot for a business these days.
