I consulted five different orthodontists, and four out of five recommended using an expander to create space. Dr. Lee was the only one who insisted on extracting four healthy teeth, which felt overly aggressive and unnecessary based on the other expert opinions I received. I highly recommend Dr. Lee for anyone considering braces! From start to finish, my family's experience was exceptional. Dr. Lee is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about delivering the best possible results. She took the time to explain each step of my kids' treatment and always made sure they were comfortable and informed. We chose Dr Lee because the office is close to my child’s school and I was so happy with our choice. Even though they were only at that location once a week we were always able to get a time that worked for my child’s schedule. Dr Lee and all of the staff are great. They even reply to off hours email/texts and worked with me to get everything submitted when my insurance changed mid-treatment just to make sure I got all my benefits.
