They were unprofessional. They would not collect rent. So they had tried to force us into a stressful selling of a house putting us behind on a mortgage. They stole our tenant and put the tenant in one of his other houses. They were the absolute worst.

They did some work on the house we brought. Called because there is a warranty on our roof that is leaking. The owner did call us back. My husband and returned his called a few times and there was no answer and no way to have a message. And he haven't called us back. To talk about the warranty.I hope it does take us another year to speak with someone.

This is the most unprofessional property management company ever. They took my tenants rents then bounced checks to me. When I tried to contact the owner regarding the bounced check, I was told he was on vacation. Who goes on vacation with their customers money ?!?! It's time to find another property management company..
