This place is Horrible. The first red flag when I arrived the foot bath did not have liners. The nail tech cut my toe and put a antiseptic on it. My cuticles are sore and inflamed. The owner sat next to the nail tech and did absolutely nothing.
This place lies about prices once they get done they charge you way more and charge you $2.00 extra to use a debit card which is the same as cash also will add on a tip if you dont play close attention
Eyebrow wax service done by owner of Lee Nails on 3/4/21 at Westfield Brandon Mall was an unacceptable and terrible experience. During service she removed left end of my eyebrow causing me to have 1 eyebrow longer than the other. As she handed me the mirror I brought the issue to her attention. She insisted that she only placed wax under my eyebrow (she placed wax above and below eyebrow) to clean up hair and dismissed my complaint of my eyebrows not matching due to her removing too much of the hair.
