Kiki was extremely rude. It was so unwarranted and I was truly taken back. She interrupted me while I talked multiple times. I was trying to show a picture of the shape I wanted and I guess she took offense to that. I definitely wasn’t trying to offend her in expressing my desire. I really think she thinks I’m someone else because I have never seen her before

I had a bad experience. I don’t like do pedicures there because they never meet expectations. This time was particularly bad. On my pedicure, I complained in the store because the painting was bad. They removed the polish and did worse job when they reapplied. On my manicure, I choose a light pink polish and left with brown.

I absolutely love my nails by Jen. She is amazing... she made my experience flawless and my nails look the best they have ever looked. Thank you Jen for making a difference in our community you are the best!!!! If your looking for a salon this is your place!!!!!

I have been going to Jen and Lee Nails Spa for years! I love everything about this place and the service is amazing! Everyone here is super friendly and attentive!
