I walked in and the sign said manicure $20. The elderly lady made me put my nails not painted under Uv light for a very long time. She did not use gloves and started scraping my nails with her nails which is not sanitary. I asked for no chip which usually is only a bucks extra but she charged me $45. I feel like I just got robbed for the worst manicure I ever had. When i asked why so much she just said sorry.
