I wish I could give this place zero star! The older lady who started my full set was very rude and unprofessional! I don’t know why she even there if she doesn’t like doing her job! I was told her name was Cindy, her attitude was really unpleasant from the start but I really needed to get it done and there was no other option in that area I just let her to go on. I got a classic manicure because I always go by this place and wanted to see how it was. The polish turned out a bit sloppy and uneven coverage but for $22 dollars, still a decent enough job but it wasn't any better than if I had just given myself a manicure. If you don't want to do it yourself and want decently nice nails, I'd go here.
You guys need to sharpen your cuticle clippers. Can’t use dull cuticle clippers when doing manicures. Also, the guy didn’t let my hands soak before pushing cuticles back. Super painful and it looks like a toddler did my manicure. Had I known this was the type of service they’re giving, I would have just did them myself at home. Waste of time, waste of money.
