Completely damaged the health of my toe nails. I’m also very nervous about the sanitation of this facility and the cleanliness of the tools which were only wrapped in a towel when brought out?!?!? I had to stop the service almost immediately because they over buffed my nails which are now so brittle, dry, flimsy and almost split. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area, I would recommend not to come here. I’m new to Florida and was looking for a Nail salon. Tried this one out and my experience was terrible. Walked in, no one greeted me I just got stared ay awkwardly which did not feel welcoming. The first picture here is my reference in what I wanted and the rest of the pictures is what i got, my nails were also slanted and not filed evenly, and extremely chunky compared to the picture reference I showed which shows little to no care from their end. Annette #2 that sits by the door has a great eye for the shape and length of the nails. My manicure is done perfect every time.
I do like coming here another reviewer quoted that they got one price on the phone and then a different price coming in. So the same happened to me twice I called ask how much a full set of acrylics would be from start with the price of $45 it end up being $80. Second time to go in to get full set Filled from the first set asked for the quote on the phone again got $35 and I ended up being $50. When I asked why the reason was gel polish and shape.
