Worse experience! What started off as a pleasant service, quickly turned horrible! While sharing a back story on her life. The owner proceeded to say the n word twice to my face. Which I thought was incredibly distasteful and disrespectful. Had I not voiced that I did not like that word being used around me. It probably would have been said again. Went for a pedicure . The place was clean and got a chair massage included but the nail polish on both the big toes came off . The polish used is not a good quality . They fixed it but still not done well .
This is where I normally get my pedicures. But today I decided that I’m going to get just polish toes with regular polish. I went there 6:30pm exactly when I reach their desk, the gentleman was so rude, he was like we are closed. So I ask what time you close, he’s like 7pm . It was 6:30pm when he told me he’s closed. You can see my first review from 4 months ago below, I just realized she responded and in such a nasty way, to say what kind of mother am I for wanting to get my 5 and 7 year olds manicures, you are absolutely disgusting and horrible people and need to be shut down, there are plenty of nail salons around boycott this one check out their yelp reviews too! If you treat people so badly how do you expect to have a successful bussiness?
