The lady scanned my card multiple times after it went through the first time and saying it was declining while I was looking at the money taken out of my account. I showed her but she just kept saying I needed to pay. They irritated me 0/10 recommend.
Do NOT go here, and if you do, make sure you pay in cash!!!! I got a basic mani/pedi, charged it, and gave a cash tip. I was given a receipt for one amount, but a much larger amount showed up on my statement. I went to tell them they overcharged me, and they dismissed me and tried to blame it on my bank. I called the bank just to double check, and the bank confirmed that Lee Nails did, in fact, submit the larger amount. The transaction is now in dispute and being investigated by the bank's fraud department. I have no toleran... read more
