Consistent, love Tuo..my girl never has to modify service requests, pick color and she takes it from there. Contentment.
Initially wasn’t that bad. My first visit here Friday 4/10 was good. Paid and tip, later that day I noticed my nails already cracking which was odd but I said to myself that I will give it some time and see what happens. Next day my nails are chipping and all of them are cracked. I called to tell her about my nails, maybe the polish used might’ve been old but the lady was rude and hung up the phone. Staff is cool!! Beautiful scenery I come all the time to get my nails done , a couple days ago I wanted a inspo showed the picture they told me it would be similar colors are the perfect match paid a pretty penny I don’t like you still can see I need a fill in I have dark nude it look like she just put the white acrylic on there no nude I’m disappointed I’m faithful and pay too much good money designs on all 10 fingers don’t match kinda look like she was nervous
I went on Friday 2/13/26 and got gel polish, I noticed the paint chipping later that day. I went back 2/14/26 they fixed it and it chipped again the next day 2/15/26. They are usually great but I’m not sure what’s happening with the quality of polish they are using.
