I came in to get a full set and I told them I wanted a full set and my toes polished, I had a picture of how I wanted my nails, she said she can only do it with gell,that's a lie,I sat there for another 15 minutes waiting for my ride . I use to come here for 10 plus years. I came back to Charlotte to celebrate my 50th birthday ,I came back to the first nail salon I went to when I moved here 23 years ago. Their customer service was horrible, I walk in and they all just stared, even after I asked them for services. Then one of the girls there had an attitude because I ask her questions about pricing so the youngest girl there had to get me new services. It’s a shame that children have more grace and conduct when handling customers than an adult. They did a horrible job on my nails by the way.
