My experience was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from this establishment. I’ve noticed with particular supply store if your aren’t spending a certain dollar amount you are treated in a different way . On this particular day I only came to grab a few items . They have a great selection and prices are reasonable, however, the staff lacks customer service skills. I stood at the register waiting to buy a $300 e-file and the supervisor/owner not sure of her title but she completely ignored me! She is the rudest person I've encountered in the store. I wish there was somewhere in my community to purchase my nail supplies because it's obvious our business isn't appreciated here.
Spacious and fully stocked nail supply store with plenty of parking spaces and the newest products. Excellent customer service and a great staff!!!
Horrible company to do business with! I received partially wrong product, ok mistakes happen. I contacted them regarding the error and was told to return the product and I would get sent the correct items. It has now been over a month, never received the correct product and when I said just refund me for the incorrect items, they have refused. So now they have my money and I have no product. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere where they don't steal from you!!
