Horrible attitudes of most staff there. I have been going there for over a year. The very first time I made a complaint, the became very angry and unprofessional. I will not go back there. This place should not be in a mall.

The owner at the mall her husband runs the Hope Mills Salon. He has been giving my wife money for little trips. Stay away from there! He has a bad marriage cause his wife works too much. Thanks for getting involved in mine!!!!

Stopped in there to get my nails done and I received the worst customer service. They acted like they didn't want to do my nails. I ended up walking out.. Please don't go here you will regret it.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I went. I took my daughter for some Mommy/Daughter time. She had been looking forward to it all week. I was told she could get some designs with her mani/pedi. The design was a line of white across one nail. She told me she asked for a shamrock and the lady told her she couldn't do a shamrock. REALLY!! Also I noticed when my daughter went to put her feet in the water she quickly pulled them back out. She later told me the water was ice cold. My friend and I went to this spa for some girl time, which Is something we like to do when we are in the same city. What a nightmare! To start, for some reason the technician would not warm the water. Who gets a pedicure with cold water? Very much in a hurry, they were rough and careless, when the techs completed the pedicure we had to ask where to go to dry our nails. Then I guess we misunderstood their procedures, silly us went to dry our nails...we we're tracked down by one of their other techs and told we have to pay now... read more

I brought my mother in law and 8 year old daughter there so the three of us could have some nice "girl time" over manicures. There was no wait and the place was empty (should have been a warning). The sat us in the opposite 3 corners of the room, when we wanted to sit by each other since that was the point, we were told no because they have assigned seating. I got a wax here and it was the WORST ever. When I was home I called to complan and see what they could do and they basically said deal with it, and hung up on me. NEVER go here. They are way too rude to waste your time.

I have never been treated so rudely! I kindly asked for a clean towel instead of the dirty wet one set on the pedicure chair. I was told it was clean and got wet from the water (the water wasn't even turned on yet)... I stated that if I got a nail fungus I would sue, once I said that all hell broke loose. The male pedicurist went and got "back up". The "back up" I was told was management, he was a bully! I was told to leave by him while a woman waited behind him.
