Overpriced for quality of service. Poor customer service. They give off a vibe like they are talking bad about you in their own language. I have friends that are Vietnamese and I have joked that I should bring them with me so they can tell me what the nail tech's were saying. I have spent 100's of dollars on their services and it seems like every timE I stepped into the door the customer service and quality became worse.
