Had an appt. Had to wait 45 minutes. Also asked for a specific person three different times and never received the person I requested. They don't honor their appt. times, and will always take walk ins first. I will never go back and will not recommend Lees Nails and Spa to anyone.
I had an apt for 2 of us for pedicures. There was one person working on someone else so we had to wait until he was done. There was a lady that started on me and cut me 3 times. The third time we got up and left. I came back in to show them I was bleeding. Not good. The other thing I have to complain about is they all park right in front of the store so customers hasve to park further away and walk to the shop when the parking in fron t should be for customers.
