The service was terrible. When I was there 7/6/2026, there was a lady cursing them out there for poor service. My lady who did my pedi did a very choppy paint job and blamed it on the fact that I didn’t get a no chip. I went two days after to get it fixed (due to my prior obligations) and they refused. Then when they decided to agree, they tried to charge me. Rude and terrible service. I got my nails done here last Thursday 7/2 by today 7/9 I have 3 nails lifting and have already lost one. Paid 90 dollars + tip. This shouldn’t be happening less than a week later.
I was awaiting my Blue Island-based friend to get off work. (I travelled from the Des Moines IA metro area to Chicagoland to visit my boyfriend in Buffalo Grove, IL, and then drove down to Blue Island, IL to meet up with my friend as we were headed to a concert.)
