UPDATE SUMMER 2025::: After coming here for many years, I was extremely upset that on my last visit they would not let me use a gift certificate I had saying it was “too old”. I received a gift certificate for a Christmas gift one year and the following spring. I had open heart surgery. After my surgery and being on blood thinners, I was hesitant to come and get a pedicure/nail trim. I called and talked to Lisa and was told no worries, they would honor the gift certificate anytime. Terrible service. They prefer to leave your work halfway to attend to more people. They should do it by appointment. They don't do it that way if I work in a hurry.

Not great. Place was packed. I ask how long of a wait for a mani and pedi, was told a long time. I decided to wait with the other 6 that were waiting. A young woman(20’s- ish) wearing a short shirt and halter top came in right after me asking the same, and she was treated pleasantly, was told 20-25 min and was called beautiful. Whatever. I’m almost 50, I get it. Good news is they moved quickly getting everyone in, bad news it’s because the quality wasn’t there today.
