We had the male nail tech who did a sloppy job, did not take his time at all. Only got hands massaged anout 30 seconds. He was questioning my 10 year old grandchild about how much money she has in the bank- very inappropriate. Also within 24 hours 3 of my nails are completely peeled off

UPDATE SUMMER 2025::: After coming here for many years, I was extremely upset that on my last visit they would not let me use a gift certificate I had saying it was “too old”. I received a gift certificate for a Christmas gift one year and the following spring. I had open heart surgery. After my surgery and being on blood thinners, I was hesitant to come and get a pedicure/nail trim. I called and talked to Lisa and was told no worries, they would honor the gift certificate anytime. Terrible service. They prefer to leave your work halfway to attend to more people. They should do it by appointment. They don't do it that way if I work in a hurry.
