I really feel bad for the low review because the Nurses are Awesome. Karin, Toni and Veronica are the real success behind this practice. In 3 years of being a patient this is what I experienced. I would call to have my prescription filled, no reply. I would leave messages upon messages with no reply. The appointment person was rude. Like very rude. If you want a practice that truly cares and is responsive... don't go here.
I had a great first visit with Dr. Metchick. He immediately identified the issue causing my symptoms and laid out a plan to treat it. He reassured me that he would make sure I get better.

Appreciate how thorough they are. They do their jobs well; asking for vaccination histories is policy of patient intake (just how schools require and inquire vaccination histories). Asking for a copy of vaccination card is helpful for both patients and facility (in case you lose it or forget)!
This review is not on about the Doctor himself as he is wonderful when you get in to meet with him. I am an established patient with a unique thyroid condition. I have always scheduled ALL my follow appointments with Dr. Metchick because we could never figure out how to get my levels in order. My last appointment was supposed to on May 18th.
